ISA is proud to announce on October 11, the teachers listed below began the Web 2.0 Tools class, at the University of Houston (sponsored by Coursera), mentioned by Abdallah El-yacoubi at our first Teacher In-Service Day.  The 5 week session ended on November 14, and, hopefully, Coursera will offer the Course again.

Certificates have been going out, so if you paid for a certificate but did not receive one, please contact Coursera.  Additionally, if you paid to take the course, but did not take it, only Coursera can help you with a refund.

Finally, those who took the course (certificate or not) were required to complete an assignment during the 4th week.  If you would be willing to share your assignment, ISA can post it here, for outside educators to see, or through ManageBac for only your collegues to see.  If you were able to use the assignment in class, and would like to provide small write-up about what worked and what didn't work that would be an invaluable piece of information to include with your assignment.  Please contact Robin Peralta, and let her know where you would like your assignment posted, if you are so inclined.
